Loder Plants has now been established for more than ten years. In that time we have gained a reputation for being a friendly family firm, renowned for our quality, choice and the hardiness of our plants. Great care has always sought to cultivate a close relationship with our clients. (That's why we don't do complete online ordering).
We believe in the old-fashioned personal attention and expert advice, introducing you to new plants and ideas, and taking as much time and trouble as you obviously need (but alas rarely get in the average modern Garden Centre)
Your new garden can then be prepared to bloom throughout the year, providing you with inspiring seasonal variations. Whilst costs can vary widely according to the materials and techniques used, we'll strive to find a solution to meet your budget.
Over the years, many of you have asked us if we can help you to design and plan your garden, combining modern technology and materials with good old-fashioned gardening skills, and the new varieties as well as the old favourites.
We have brought together a team of our friends to pool our expertese and provide a first class service, drawing on 150 years experience of horticultural practice in our family home, the world-famous Leonardslee Gardens.
We have ideas and plants for any area, from the smallest patio to the grandest estate, from London terrace to country manor and from doorstep tubs to woodland walk through the bluebells.
Your new garden can then be prepared to give colour throughout the year, providing you with inspiring seasonal variations. Whilst costs can vary widely according to the materials and techniques used, we'll strive to find a solution to meet your budget.
The result is a garden that looks beautiful and, with the minimum of maintenance, stays that way.
In particular, we stock and can supply plants of different sizes; some larger ones to give instant impact and some smaller ones to grow on for the future and thus keep costs down.
In the meantime, this website is filled with lots of information that we hope will inspire you and help you to discover your garden's full potential.
